Once I finally managed to get my keys and reach my allocated room, I was disheartened to find that it was not up to the standard I had expected from a resort of this caliber. The room was small, cramped, and poorly designed, with limited natural light and a lack of ventilation. The bedding was old and unkempt, and the bathroom fixtures were dated and in need of replacement.
Throughout my stay, I encountered similar issues at the front desk whenever I needed assistance or had questions about the resort's facilities.
