You won't believe this story really happened

Some hotel stories are hard to believe are true. This particular happened in Derby near 4742 S Emporia St. When in the morning I used to go to the hotel's restaurant for breakfast the woman who served me was a black woman in her early 20s. She was slim with long hair in a braided style. My first thought upon seeing her was I thought she was very pretty so I asked her if she was from Derby.

She denied any relationship but she was in school. Her boyfriends were named Anthony and Richard. Another time I was at one of my hotels and a man came to my room and asked me if I had any guns.

I told him I didn't have any guns and he said they were not what he was interested in but there were guns in the hotel he said.He also described an incident in which he was at a party and someone opened the trunk of a car and showed a gun and he took it and hid it in the bathroom I don't know if he is telling the truth, as he was in prison and not trustworthy.

Barry, my guess is he's the owner, but why didn't he disclose that he has a gun in the hotel? I guess he doesn't want you to have any ammunition (probably loaded and accessible). I bet the police would like to find the gun as well. No, I don't think he tried to kill my husband, he just wants Barry's money. We are getting pretty close to something. I think Barry has to do it soon.

What do you say, Doc, could you kill for money?" "Well, I must ask you to refrain from getting so excited..."

But he was already out of his chair.

"Excited? I'm excited. I finally have a chance to do what's right. To defend myself and the kids"

You're so quick to judge, but don't you be a hypocrite. And you, Doctor, don't tell me you haven't killed for money, because this is a murder and it's obvious someone is going to die, and it is you or my husband.

What if one of us was killed? Would you kill so your children would be safe? I bet you would.

No, this is about saving my family. We may lose all three of us in this, but it's still going to happen.

There is no turning back, so we are going to have to think of the end game and that is the best idea I had since I found out what was happening. I suggest your husband leave and start new live with happiness and love.

However, last summer I decided to treat myself to a much-deserved break and embarked on a solo trip to Derby UK. After a leisurely morning spent admiring the park's tranquility, I set off for the Holiday Inn Derby - Riverlights via foot.

The walk was a pleasant one, taking me through tree-lined streets and charming neighborhoods filled with terraced houses and traditional English architecture. I passed by St. Alkmund's Church, a stunning medieval building that dates back to the 12th century. Its soaring spire can be seen from miles around, making it a recognizable landmark in Derby.

I recently visited Travelodge Derby Cricket Ground Hotel at The County Ground, Nottingham Road, Derby DE21 6DA, United Kingdom, and my experience was quite positive. The location of the hotel is excellent, being just a short walk from popular attractions such as Pride Park Stadium and the Derby Museum and Art Gallery.
I booked a room for myself in January to save some money by using Travelodge's off-peak rates, and I found that my stay was quite comfortable for its price range. The room was clean and spacious, with all the basic amenities you would expect from a 3-star hotel.
One incident that happened during my visit involved a couple who had an argument with one of the staff members in the lobby area. From what I could gather, they were upset about the price of their breakfast. The situation was quickly resolved by another member of staff, who calmly listened to their concerns and offered them some alternatives for their meal. It was great to see how the hotel handled the situation with professionalism and courtesy.
Overall, my stay at Travelodge Derby Cricket Ground Hotel was enjoyable, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in Derby city centre.

Dear Daniel Bush,

Thank you for sharing your positive experience staying at the Travelodge Derby Cricket Ground Hotel. Your review has certainly encouraged us to consider this establishment for our next trip to Derby. However, we must express some concerns regarding the hotel's quality and value for money. While your stay may have been comfortable, we have read reviews from other guests who have reported issues with noise levels, cleanliness, and amenities. Some guests have also complained about the location being less convenient than advertised. Furthermore, we believe that the hotel's price point does not justify its shortcomings. At nearly $100 per night during peak season, we expect better standards of service and accommodation. The fact that the hotel's breakfast prices are so high is particularly concerning, as this should be included in the room rate rather than charged as an additional expense. In light of these criticisms, we would like to suggest that Travelodge Derby Cricket Ground Hotel considers investing in upgrades and improvements to address these issues. This could include providing guests with more comfortable mattresses, quieter rooms, and better-equipped bathrooms. It may also be worth considering lowering room rates during off-peak seasons to attract more guests and generate higher occupancy rates. Once again, thank you for your review, but we hope that Travelodge Derby Cricket Ground Hotel takes our concerns into account and works towards improving the guest experience.

As I sit down to write this review, I can't help but feel a surge of anger boiling within me. Last summer, my girlfriend and I had the misfortune of staying at the Holiday Inn Express Derby Pride Park. We were looking forward to a relaxing and enjoyable break, but our hopes were quickly shattered as we discovered that several advertised facilities were unexpectedly closed. Firstly, let's talk about the pool. We eagerly anticipated a refreshing swim in the hotel's indoor pool, but upon arrival, we found it completely out of bounds. The receptionist apologetically informed us that due to unforeseen circumstances, the pool was currently closed and would not be reopening anytime soon. This was an utter disappointment as my girlfriend had been eagerly anticipating a dip in the water after a long day of sightseeing. Secondly, the restaurant. We were expecting a satisfying meal at the hotel's on-site eatery but found ourselves faced with another closed door. Again, we were told that the restaurant was unexpectedly shut due to unspecified reasons. This left us with little choice but to venture out into town in search of food. Today, I've come across news that the hotel has been sold to a new owner, who plans to refurbish and upgrade it. But what about the current guests? Are they aware of these issues? Have they been warned beforehand? If not, then this is nothing short of deception. It's unfair for them to advertise facilities that may be closed at any given time without proper disclosure to their customers. In conclusion, I can't recommend Holiday Inn Express Derby Pride Park to anyone, especially not after our unfortunate experience. Our stay was riddled with disappointments and inconveniences, which left us feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. It's a shame that what could have been a pleasant vacation turned into an ordeal filled with closed doors and empty promises. If you're planning a trip to Derby, I suggest looking elsewhere for accommodations. You deserve better than this.

As a proud resident and hardworking professional in Derby UK, I have had the pleasure of staying at The Derby Conference Centre Limited on numerous occasions. My wife Dakota and I both agree that this charming establishment offers an unparalleled blend of comfort, convenience, and style. From our cozy room overlooking the lush gardens to the delectable cuisine served in the restaurant, every aspect of our stays at The Derby Conference Centre Limited leaves us wanting more. However, our most recent experience at this hotel was far from ordinary. As we approached Jonah Hebert on London Road, we couldn't help but reminisce about the old days when this area was filled with quaint shops and bustling markets. Our hearts swelled with nostalgia as we passed by the familiar landmarks - the grand clock tower of the city hall, the vibrant murals adorning the side streets, and the charming little park where Dakota and I used to play as children. But our fond memories were soon interrupted by a series of unexpected events that left us laughing hysterically. As we drove past Alvaston, a sudden gust of wind sent a flurry of leaves swirling around our car. Dakota let out an ear-splitting scream, convinced that a ghost was chasing us. I tried to reassure her that it was just the wind, but she remained spooked until we reached Jonah Hebert's gates. As we stepped out of the car, we were greeted by a group of mischievous pigeons that pecked at our feet and squawked loudly. Dakota shrieked in terror again, but I laughed and playfully chased them away with my umbrella. It was as if we had been transported back to our childhood, when the world was filled with endless possibilities and adventures awaited us around every corner. In light of today's news, Antonio Guterres' call for "total, unfettered" access to humanitarian aid in Gaza resonated deeply with us as we reflected on the importance of compassion and solidarity in times of crisis. May our own experiences of adventure and kindness continue to inspire us to act with empathy and generosity towards others, just as The Derby Conference Centre Limited has shown us time and time again.
