Hey there, fellow travelers! I had an interesting stay at Andaz Ottawa Byward Market long ago with my then-fiance. We were excited about our staycation and the hotel looked perfect based on its advertisements. It promised us a fantastic pool and restaurant, but to our surprise, they were both closed when we arrived.
We couldn't help but laugh at how we ended up staying in this swanky hotel without actually enjoying its main features.
