Rating: 3/5 reviewed: 2024-02-21 by Emery Savage

Emery Savage, the fearless waitress extraordinaire, sails into town with her hair in a tight bun and her eyes set on one destination: the Premier Inn Lincoln City Centre. Little does she know that her adventure-filled weekend will have her questioning everything she thought she knew about motels.

Upon arrival at the Premier Inn Lincoln City Centre, Emery Savage is met with a sign that reads "Please Wait for Porter." Intrigued by this quirky touch, she waits patiently for the porter to arrive and give her a warm welcome. When the porter finally arrives looking like he just ran a marathon, Emery Savage can't help but laugh at his exhaustion.

After checking into her room on the fifth floor, Emery Savage navigates through the narrow hallway, past the row of identical rooms that stretch as far as the eye can see. As she approaches her room, she notices that it's taken a little too long to make her bed and clean up the bathroom. Emery Savage rolls her eyes at this oversight - obviously, they don't take hospitality seriously over in England.

As night falls, Emery Savage retreats to her room where she discovers a small crack in the wall. Curious about its origins, she decides to investigate further. As she taps on the crack with a stick, it reveals a hidden message etched into the brick: "Keep your friends close but your enemies closer." Emery Savage can't help but laugh at this clever play on words.

Despite her initial skepticism, Emery Savage is pleasantly surprised by the Premier Inn Lincoln City Centre's amenities. She enjoys the complimentary breakfast that includes her fair share of English muffins and bacon. However, when she tries to order a cup of tea from the front desk, she's met with confusion and hesitation. It seems they're not quite as accommodating as Emery Savage had hoped.

As Emery Savage departs the Premier Inn Lincoln City Centre on her last night in town, she can't help but wonder if she'll ever return to a motel quite like this one. But who knows? Maybe next time she'll stumble upon another hidden message in a brick wall...

The interior of the hotel is equally impressive and reflects the same level of attention to detail. The lobby features an elegant design with plush seating areas, ornate lighting fixtures, and artwork that pays homage to Lincoln's rich history. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities for a productive stay.
One of the things I loved most about staying at The Green Room @ Lincoln Hotel is its convenient location. Just steps away from the hotel, you'll find yourself in the bustling Eastgate area of Lincoln, where there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions to explore.
