From the moment we arrived, we noticed that the pool was under maintenance and would only be operational after a few days. This was disappointing because we were looking forward to taking a refreshing dip in the evening after a long day exploring the area. The restaurant was also closed for renovations, which left us with very limited dining options nearby. We had to drive several miles just to find something decent to eat, and even then, it wasn't the same as having a meal right at our hotel.

I've stayed at my fair share of hotels over the years, especially during my rotations in different hospitals across the country.
